The Monterosso restaurant is located on the ground floor and is accessed via an exposed stone tunnel. Dedicated exclusively to the guests of the structure, it is composed of two large outdoor areas and two internal rooms. The attention and love for every single detail, the care in choosing every single seasonal and local product and the passion for the combinations of the Ligurian culinary tradition allow us to accompany you in your romantic dinners, with friends or family. When the sun begins to set behind the hill, at La Scortica the outdoor lights come on to illuminate our tables. With a pleasant personalized musical background we will present our local specialties. The rich menu is fixed and varies every day and is made up of traditional dishes, prepared with mainly organic and 0km ingredients, chosen with great care directly by Sabrina. We start with battered sage leaves, vegetable pies, courgette flower fritters and vegetables in oil. Followed by a first course of fresh pasta, lasagnette with pesto, croxetti (an ancient circular-shaped pasta with a coat of arms whose origins we will tell you about) with walnut cream, linguine with Monterosso lemon and borage ravioli. As a second course we offer colored Ligurian meat or fish with seasonal vegetables. Finally, our famous desserts will close the dinner accompanied by a wide selection of local wines and typical liqueurs.
